But no, it really means "Take a look at our Blanket of Snow"! It's light yet covers the entire back yard, adding a certain white-sand-beach-like feel to the landscape...
What a value...the blanket covers the front too!
In addition to the blanket effect, this could be called a dusting of snow...and the best part is that I don't need to spray the Pledge on a cloth and wipe it off! In fact, to use what sounds like a Buddhist saying: deep voice hums...oooooohhhhhmmmmm~~~
The sun shall soon be my dust cloth. :-)
Boy, there's dust everywhere, even on the other side of town at Mom and Gil's place ..
In the woods next door...
The Bird Table is very full when it's freezing cold! It's VERY unusual to see more than one Cardinal at the table...they hate to share and spend more energy chasing other birds away than it would take just to eat and let it be!
In the yard on a snowy day? Well, These boots were made for walkin'....
And that's just what they did!...
And during my walk-about to the front yard, I found myself in front of this lawn art, left by the previous tenants. I walked closer...
And saw an image inside the Magic Blue Bubble...
OhMyGosh!! I'm caught in the Magic Blue Bubble...Hey, it's pretty neat in here, but I'd rather not stay too long, cuz it's really cold............what to do, what to do???
Oh wait, I remember the secret...and it's SOOOO lucky you're here because I will need YOU, dear friends and family, to sing me out of here...ready???
I said READY???
SING!
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear E-Liz-a-Beth...Happy Birthday to youooooooo!
Woooyeeee, great voices.....See, it worked! Of course, you managed to sing me right into my Fiftieth year, but that's OK. I'll just have to watch out for the Magic Blue Bubble next year!!!
Thanks everybody! Hope you had a fun trip to Life at Hilltop!!
xoxo
